You agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this waiver. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age. In these terms, we also refer to Isabella West Pty Ltd as "Isabella West", “Isabella” or “she”. You are “you” or “your”. Psychic Readings(s), Mediumship Reading(s) and Psychic Medium Development Circle are also referred to as “service(s)”.
(a) Recording your service is prohibited.
(b) If you are booking on behalf of someone else it is your duty to ensure that you have permission, their information is accurate, they have been presented with the terms, and that they have read and agree to the terms before the reading takes place.
(c) Services are strictly a professional to client service.
(d) Isabella remains the right to refuse questions she feels are inappropriate.
(e) Isabella remains the right to end a service at any time, offering a full refund if there has been a financial exchange.
(f) You must not be under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering drugs. If Isabella becomes aware or is unsure whether a client is, she will end the service immediately.
(g) You warrant and promise that you are in a stable and healthy frame of mind and/or you are not aware of any reason (health-related or otherwise) why you should not participate in a service.
(h) Services are not professional, psychological, medical, legal or financial advice and you agree to not interpret Isabella's comments as such. It is advised that you seek advice from the relevant qualified experts.
(i) Energy Healing activities that are shared within services are strictly a complimentary form of therapy that is meant to be carried out in addition to any prescribed treatments or medications.
(j) Information that refers to the future is only a potential future and is not to be relied on as a definite outcome. You understand that you have free will.
(k) Isabella West makes no guarantees that the information supplied during a service is true, accurate or correct.
(l) Isabella is not liable for any interpretations, decisions or actions made by any client based on the information supplied during services.
(m) You must only provide true, fair and accurate information in your Reviews. You may only write about your own Experience. You are not permitted to write a Review about somebody else’s experience. If we consider that a Review is untrue, unfair, inaccurate, offensive or inappropriate, we may report the review and/or ban you from using services and the Website.
(n) Refunds & Cancellations; Due to the nature of the service there are no refunds for change of mind, completed services, cancellations and no shows. It is your duty to ensure you are able to attend for the time period and dates stated upon purchase. 24 hours notice must be given if you cancel a session. There will be no make up sessions, substitutes or exchanges.
I hereby waive, release and discharge Isabella West from damage of any kind, however arising whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, indemnity or otherwise, arising from or relating in any way to this Website, these terms or any Products or services provided by Isabella West. You indemnify Isabella West and its employees and agents in respect of all liability for loss, damage or injury which is or may be suffered by any person arising from you or your representatives. This agreement is governed by the law applying in Queensland, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia and courts of appeal from them in respect of any proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms.
