DO YOU SHIP PLASTIC FREE?
We wrap your products is Geami WrapPak, an environmentally friendly alternative to bubble wrap; its recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. We like to up cycle packing filler & wrap that's been sent to us with our orders; kraft paper, biofill etc. occasionally bubble wrap or air cushions (in this case your order may have some plastic). We use certified home-compostable & recyclable mailers to package your orders or cardboard boxes. Then seal it with our custom 100% recycled FSC certified tape, its water activated and printed with soy based inks (sometimes we use a clear tape that is compostable). Our thermal printer then prints your shipping details onto a certified compostable label. We stick it to your package and sign the security and dangerous good declaration with non-toxic water based ink. Then your package gets shipped carbon neutral to your door through Australia Post!

Due to using a thermal printer that prints in shade, if your order is express post we do add a strip of Australia Post Express tape (plastic) to the top of your shipment label. Australia Post does not acknowledge express orders by simply scanning the barcode for tracking, they acknowledge express orders by the parcel being labeled express. So the express label has to be highly visible to ensure your parcel is actually shipped express. You can peel this piece of tape off and dispose it in your regular bin. We endeavour to soon create our own Express Post paper tape or Express Post paper stickers.

Yes. We ship carbon neutral through MyPost Business (Australia Post).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight and dimensions of the items in your order.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We offer Standard & Express shipping through Australia Post. Please understand there may be shipping delays & disruptions due to covid and natural disasters. Below time frames are a guide only: 

Standard | 2-7 business days

Express | 1-2 business days

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

1. You'll find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

2.  Click on the tracking number, this will take you through to Australia Post's tracking portal. You can enter your tracking number here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

3. If you still cannot locate your parcel or believe it has been delayed, lost or damaged, please visit this page here: https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item

4. You can also contact Australia Post directly on 137 678 for parcel enquiries.
